This policy explains what personal information Zenko collects on zenkopeak.com, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to send updates, take pre-orders and answer your questions.
Who we are
zenkopeak.com is the website for the Zenko D100 laser height and length measuring device. Zenko is a brand of IGES Co., Ltd., which is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect and why

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security, anonymous visit statistics and email forwarding
- MailerLite — email updates and subscriber management
- PayPal — payment processing for pre-orders (PayPal also acts under its own privacy policy)
Our sales partners see their own referral totals, order dates, amounts and destination countries. They never see buyers' names, email addresses or shipping addresses. We may also share information when the law requires it.
International transfers
Our service providers may store and process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, they rely on recognised safeguards for these transfers.
How long we keep it
- Subscribers — until you unsubscribe
- Orders — for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically five years after the order
- Emails and quote requests — up to three years after our last exchange
- Partner code in your browser — 90 days, or until you clear your browser storage
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in every email
- Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it
- Object to or ask us to restrict how we use it
- Withdraw consent you have given, without affecting earlier processing
- Complain to your local data protection authority

Children
The Zenko D100 measures children, but this website is intended for adults — health workers, programme staff and buyers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections, payment details are handled entirely by PayPal, and access to order records is restricted to authorised staff.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. For significant changes, we will also let subscribers know by email.
