Terms of Sale
These terms apply to pre-orders of the Zenko D100 placed on zenkopeak.com. They cover who you are buying from, what you pay, when your unit ships, and how cancellations, returns and warranty claims work. Bulk orders placed by quote and invoice are governed by the quotation and any separate agreement.

Zenko is a brand of IGES Co., Ltd. The Zenko D100 is sold for delivery outside the Republic of Korea only.
Pre-orders and payment
- A pre-order is paid in full at the time you place it. Payment is processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card details.
- Prices are in US dollars. The product price and the shipping charge are both shown before you pay.
- Your order is accepted when payment is captured and you receive a PayPal receipt. If we cannot accept an order, we refund it in full.
- If a price or specification is listed in error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.
Shipping
Units ship from Korea. Individual orders are charged a flat shipping rate per unit based on the region you select at checkout:

- Estimated dispatch for individual pre-orders is 2027 Q1, in order of payment. Dispatch dates are estimates, not guarantees; if the schedule slips materially we will email you and you may cancel for a full refund.
- We email a tracking number when your unit leaves Korea.
- Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price or the shipping charge.
- If the delivery address turns out to be in a different region from the one selected, we will contact you before shipping to settle the difference — we never charge your payment method again without asking.
- Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier.

- To cancel or return, email [email protected] with your PayPal order number. We will confirm the return address before you send anything back.
- Refunds go back through PayPal to the account or card you paid with, normally within 10 business days of our receiving the returned unit.
- Returned units must arrive in resalable condition, in the original packaging. A unit that has been opened, used or damaged in return transit may be refused or refunded in part.
- Nothing here limits any statutory consumer rights you have where you live.
Warranty
Every Zenko D100 carries a one-year warranty from delivery, covering defects in the sensor, display and electronics under normal use, including normal field use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, unauthorised repair, or wear to consumable parts. To make a claim, email us with your order number and a description of the fault; we cover shipping both ways on valid warranty claims.
The product
The Zenko D100 is a measuring instrument for child growth monitoring. It is not a diagnostic device, and measurements should be interpreted by trained personnel using your programme's own protocols. Specifications and accuracy figures on this site come from the validation study and testing described there, and may be refined as production units are finalised.
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the courts of the Republic of Korea have jurisdiction. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law that applies where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order. We will update the effective date above when we change them.
